ADDITIONAL NOTES:
For guest safety and comfort, this property is equipped with a ring doorbell camera outside of the house on the front porch pointing toward the street. Additionally- inside the house we utilize VRBO compliant smart sensors to monitor noise levels and cigarette smoke/vaping. These devices are privacy-safe and do not record audio or video.
This is a 3 story home with 2 flights of stairs (16 steps each). Each flight is equipped with handrails and toddler stair gates can be provided upon request. However, if you have toddlers or an elderly person who has trouble with stairs in your group....this might not be the place for you.
This home is built in a brand new subdivision. During business hours you can expect to see and hear a small cadre of construction workers and tradesmen working.
The attached 2 car garage is 18 feet deep which is suitable for most vehicles. However, if you have a crew cab truck or large SUV it may not fit in the garage and you will need to park on the street as there is no driveway.
Downtown San Antonio has a railroad track that runs through it. Being downtown, you will hear the train at various times throughout the day and night.
